PeteZa Multi-talented, multi-skilled…. One-man Circus!
A host of shows, characters and routines including;
Fire-eating, Custard-Pies, Unicycling, Whip-Cracking, Ball Spinning, Juggling, Magic, Rope-Spinning, Pyrotechnics, Comedy, Mayhem, Participation and lots, lots more.
Shows invariably 45-60mins long.

Upstaged The master, PeteZa, is working hard to entertain when along comes a mere child who not only emulates but clearly surpasses! To the Master’s disgust! The “star” Lucas, now 17, has been secretly practising and performing all his life! And he was the British Freestyle Unicycle Champion 2006 and 2003!!! 45mins.

Fred Gherkins’
Street Show A collaborative show between PeteZa and arch mime-clown Potts. Featuring flying fleas, a bike that falls apart, comic chefs in a spin with china plates, flambéed frogs, and whatever else comes out of the suitcase! A family show where PeteZa and Potts delve into the realms of clowning and the absurd. Viva St. Theatre! 45 mins
(NB. Potts also does his own excellent solo clowning)

Circus Berks Traditional, small Circus Show, variety-style, preferably staged within our big top or using our beautiful, traditionally hand-painted, out-door scenery for the full effect.
The show has featured all that you expect, from clowns to trapeze, acrobats and a human cannonball.

"En-Famile" Combination of things…shows, workshops, face painting, costume, Residencies, both our children highly skilled and confident…major boost inspiring other children.

Content, length and presentation of all shows is highly flexible, regularly developed and subject to the event requirements. “Act-as Known” or whatever is wanted!

***..........CRAZY BIKE / CYCLE CIRCUS ARENA…for having a go! (trick bikes, unicycles, bob-a-longs, un-rideable bike, penny farthing, skate bikes..etc..Great fun!)

The Dragons… Possibly our most spectacular stilt costume.
We now have up to 4 available for mega impact!

Kid’s Taxi Service… Using unicycle, pushchair, costume and typical patter…zooming around the event…crashing sometimes…following their directions…MAD!
The kids love it, never pay and are always returned to their guardians!! Developed for Butlins.

Water-Man… Clowning with constantly wet, water – spraying umbrella. Lovely in the summer! Fast walkabout.

Crazy Waiter… Cheeky adult clowning with plates, food, baguettes and rubber chickens, amongst others.
Great for around tables at adult events.
A development of previous Comic-Chef character.

Mr Freak… (On stilts or not) …a development of previous "Igor type" butler character used for Halloween events…Opera hat, tails, freaky make-up and very dodgy teeth!

Funeral Director… Similarly dark and freaky…measures you up.."looking like he came from a disused cemetery…but in great demand as a children's entertainer…" The Stage.Nov 2004

Skipper… A short act based on Stilts and Skipping, presented with music and audience participation.
Developed for the Butlins' Skyline Circus shows.

Santa and Elf On stilts or ground based, as Santa or simply a Christmas character, accompanied by "ventriloquists-doll" Elf…often looking for a girl-friend for him!

Bionic Bouncy Things Using the new Bouncy Stilts…various characters available
Very eye catching! Hi-Tech Stilting…running and jumping!

And then there's
...Moko jumbie stilt man…whip cracking ring master…cowboy roper…

Wandering Entertainment: Rent-a-Skills. Characters. Themes.

Big Tops

Tent-based attractions and activities for out-door events.

Our very own red and yellow Big Top can be erected as a twin pole oval shape or as a smaller single pole round tent.
We also have a smaller white traditional marquee and we often use camouflage netting in a "Heath-Robinson" style to create shade areas, useful for activity or relaxing.
We have stacks of other useful equipment and paraphernalia, flags, bunting, sign boards, fencing etc for colourful and creative areas.

In combination with our own acts and resources as well as with other artists and suppliers we can offer a variety of packages to suit all budgets.

Activities can take place solely within the tent or we can create large colourful areas, either way resulting in a fantastic attraction for all events.

Kidzone! Large or small-scale colourful children's areas with full programmes of family entertainment, play, and creative activity.
As regularly featured at Guilfest, Kingston Green Fair, Tadley Treacle Fair, The Ambient Picnic and many more.

Company Background / Policy Statement:

BigTopMania is an umbrella organisation collating and representing the different aspects of our work. We have been established since 1987, with BigTopMania first appearing in 1997, becoming further developed from 2002. We have over 19 years experience in "Events" and in “Show Business”.

1. Our work consists of; performance, teaching circus skills, artist programming, event and festival co-ordination, children’s area production, and a host of associated “entertainment world” and “community arts” activities.
2. We are committed to the safe, creative and innovative development of street arts, circus, children’s activities and play.
3. We work nationally and world-wide with a proven track record and are part of a large local and national network frequently working in association with local and national colleagues similarly in the business.
4. We keep up to date and maintain awareness of current developments and trends in teaching guidelines and Health and Safety good practice.
5. We own and maintain all necessary equipment, costume and paraphernalia for compliance of works.

As experience and activities develop, we strive to enhance the dynamics of the business and our range of supplies.
Resources other than our own can normally be sourced and obtained as complimentary additions in order to satisfy client requirements.
